Representative work, sanitized

These describe real problems I've solved, with identifying client details removed. Testimonials and named references are on the way. For now, this is an honest look at the kind of work I do.

PROJECT 01

Dispatch, invoicing, and CRM, finally in sync

Context
A field-service business running install and repair crews had sales in one tool, dispatch in another, and invoicing in a third, with someone manually re-typing information between all of them every day.
The work
Rebuilt the CRM in GoHighLevel as the single source of truth, then wired it to the dispatch platform, Airtable, Stripe, and Google Sheets with Zapier so a job moves from lead to invoice without anyone touching a keyboard in between.
Outcome
What used to be a daily block of manual data entry now happens automatically. The team spends that time on customers instead of re-typing the same job three times.
PROJECT 02

A support-ticket system built from nothing

Context
Customer support requests were arriving by phone, text, and email with no central place to track them, so requests got lost and nobody had visibility into response times.
The work
Designed and launched a full ticketing system using custom webhooks, Zapier, and CRM automations. Every request creates a ticket, notifies the right person, and gets tracked until it's closed.
Outcome
Support requests stopped falling through the cracks, and leadership got, for the first time, a real picture of ticket volume and response time.
PROJECT 03

Sales reporting leadership could actually trust

Context
Sales and revenue numbers lived in disconnected spreadsheets that were updated inconsistently, so leadership couldn't get a straight answer on how a rep, or the business, was actually trending.
The work
Built connected reporting pulling directly from the CRM: daily revenue by rep, multi-year sales trends, and KPI dashboards leadership could open any morning without asking anyone to compile it.
Outcome
Reporting turned from a monthly scramble into something leadership checks like a dashboard: accurate, current, and no longer dependent on one person's spreadsheet.
PROJECT 04

Email automation and CRM for an agency's client base

Context
An agency needed lead management and email marketing that could scale across many client accounts without rebuilding the wiring from scratch every time.
The work
Built reusable Zapier workflows connecting the CRM to email marketing automation, along with A/B-tested nurture sequences and the reporting to show which campaigns actually moved the needle.
Outcome
New client accounts could be onboarded onto proven automation instead of custom work every time, and campaign performance became something the agency could show clients with real numbers.
